The Process
Four steps to the road
Choose Your Membership
Pick Basic (10 days), Flex (20 days), or Unlimited (fair use). All plans include insurance, roadside assistance, and equipment. Upgrade or downgrade anytime.
Book Your Dates
Open our booking calendar and select your travel window. Your booking window depends on your plan tier. Peak season dates are first-come, first-served with priority for higher-tier members.
Pick Up Your Camper
Arrive at our Graz location. Your camper is cleaned, fueled, and equipped with your chosen package. A 15-minute walkthrough covers everything. Then you drive.
Travel & Return
Explore at your pace. When your trip ends, return the camper to our location. Empty the waste, give it a basic clean. We handle the deep cleaning and maintenance.

Clear rules. No surprises. Here's how every part works.
Subscription Logic
Your membership runs month-to-month. Days reset annually on your signup date. Unused days roll over based on your plan limits. Track your balance in real time through the member dashboard.
Fair-Use Policy
Unlimited members operate on a fair-use model. No hard cap on days, but consecutive bookings are limited to 14 days to ensure availability. Need longer? Contact us for extended trip arrangements.
Fleet Concept
Our fleet consists of professionally leased vehicles. Every camper is new or near-new, fully insured, and maintained to manufacturer standards. We rotate vehicles regularly to keep the fleet fresh.
Booking System
Real-time availability shown on your dashboard. Book instantly within your window. Cancellations up to 48 hours before pickup are free. Late cancellations deduct one day from your balance.
Cancellation Policy
Cancel your membership anytime with 30 days notice. No cancellation fees. Remaining pre-paid days can be used until the end of your billing cycle. Re-joining later is always possible.
Credit System
Unused days don't disappear. Basic members carry up to 5, Flex up to 10. Credits expire 12 months after the original period. You can also gift unused days to another member.
